Take a train to Karviná, main station. There is a city bus connection # 511 to Fryštát - Fryštát (bus stop is just in front of railway station), exit at "Hranice, rehabilitační sanatorium" stop.
Take a intercity bus connection to Karviná, Fryštát, bus station which is situated in front of railway station. Continue with the same bus line as above.
For the wheelchair user reaching the sanatorium is possible by the public transport. Railway station and bus station are both barrier-free, most of bus connections line # 511 is operated by low-floor buses. The path from the bus stop up to the medical centre is barrier-free as well. There may be only difficulty with a bus stop "Hranice, rehabilitation sanatorium" which is not adjusted for level boarding/exiting.

From Karviná centra: on 17. listopadu street, at the lights turn to Rudé armády street (arriving from Ostrava turn left at the first lights after passing Prior shopping centre; arriving from Český Těšín turn right at the first lights near Slezská univerzita). Continue straight on through the first roundabout, turn right at the next crossroad to Českoslovenksé armády street. Continue approx. 1 km. The Rehabilitation Sanatiorium is on the left side.
