The database development

Are you interested to act as the Point of Certification and to contribute to the dissemination of the uniform approach to the tourism infrastructure accessibility assessment in other regions of the country?

The Point of Certification is an entity with the licence granted by the licensing rights holder (KAZUIST, spol. s r.o. and KLACR, o.s.) which carries out, within the given territory, the monitoring/assessment of the tourism infrastructure facilities and attractions according to the Accessibility Evaluation Methodology, awards accessible providers the 'BARRIER-FREE' mark, ensures administration of the accessibility data on www.jedemetaky.cz website, provides information and consultancy on accessible tourism, search for suitable tourist premises and routes and map their accessibility.

We propose you the possibility to cooperate on enlarging the database with new premises and attractions by using the Methodology in your region. Based on the license agreement, we will provide you:

• Methodology including the documentation package (forms and tools),
• access rights to administer the jedemetaky.cz website,
• the right to grant the 'BARRIER-FREE' mark, registered by the Industrial Property Office at the Register of Trade marks,
• initial training on implementation the Methodology,
• consultation on controversial/specific cases.

Institutions suitable to become the Point of Certification:

• regional or local actors focussing on regional tourism development (destination management subjects, local/regional associations of tourism entities etc.),
• universities,
• othe.
