28.04.2009 - AS A HOST TO ONE´S OWN COST

During last three April’s Wednesdays a group of employees of Hotel Dakol in Petrovice near Karviná, Hotel Sport in Orlová and Hotel Ráztoka in Trojanovice was being trained in these facilities for competencies in communication with handicapped clients. Participants had an opportunity for a while to feel to their own cost how people with health impairments feel in their hotel. In a debate with handicapped guests they could listen to their comments what are the weaknesses and good points of the facility.The result: additional 11 trained employees of tourism services in TÄ›šínské Beskydy and another opportunity for their providers to sell good their staff competences in certification process. In few weeks they have a good chance to join the other 19 facilities where logo „ BARRIER-FREE“ welcomes all visitors.
